DPC advised TPXimpact Holdings on the sale of Questers

A team of DPC M&A experts advised UK-listed TPXimpact Holdings on the Bulgarian aspect of the deal related to the sale of its subsidiaries Questers Resourcing and Questers Bulgaria to Estonia-based software developer Nortal AS.

Our services included also advice on the tax implications arising from the transaction with respect to the seller, as well to ESOP holders within the Seller's group. DPC team was led by the head of M&A Zoya Todorova and included partner Boyana Milcheva, senior associate Radina Tomanova and associate Ivan Alexander Manev.

Founded in 2007 by Bulgarian and British entrepreneurs, the target of the 8.7-million-euro transaction is a software development company that designs, builds, and manages specialized teams across a range of technologies and industries.

It was again DPC M&A experts that advised in the process of the initial acquisition by TPXimpact Holdings back in 2018.
