The team has rendered legal services with regard to the e-healthcare regulation and the data protection in the medical sector to a premiere German company and its Bulgarian subsidiary. The experts of the law firm drafted suggestions for amendment to an ordinance in order to provide equal conditions for all wholesale distributors to supply pharmacies with drugs reimbursable by the National Health Insurance Fund, which were subsequently passed.
