At the end of January, attorney-at-law Metodi Baykushev, senior associate at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co Law Firm, gave a lecture in the Business Law class of the Executive MBA (EMBA) programme of the American University in Bulgaria, Sofia. The lecture covered practical business aspects on Bulgarian litigation and public procurement procedures including important issues related to appealing decisions of Contracting Authorities before the Commission for Protection of Competition. The EMBA programme is designed to expand the abilities of already successful managers while giving participants the knowledge of business trends and processes.
