Polina is the go-to-person for everything that happens in our office and is the gatekeeper of almost every administrative and finance matter.
She joined the firm in 2005 and had various roles over the years. Currently, Polina is responsible for the smooth operation of the office and for hiring and onboarding new talents. She is also managing the finance department and is taking care of the firm’s budget. As a member of DPC’ Management Board Polina has a leadership role and is involved in most of the key strategic decisions for the firm.
While not in the office, she enjoys travelling around the globe and tasting the freedom of the mountains.
