Radoslava Makshutova has graduated from Sofia University Sveti Kliment Ohridski (LL.M.) and specialises in information and communication technologies (ICT) law and personal data protection. She has been a member of the Sofia University’s teams which have qualified for the finals of the international competitions Central and Eastern European Moot Court Competition in the field of EU law (2016) and European Human Rights Moot Court Competition in the field of human rights (2017).
During her internship in the Sofia District Court under the Fulbright programme, Radoslava has acquired experience in civil and criminal procedure.
As a legal expert at Law and Internet Foundation, she has worked on EU-funded international projects in the field of information technologies law, criminal law, human rights and data protection.
Fluent in English and Spanish, has good grasp of French.
