Boyana Milcheva took part in a round table on the Possibilities to Reduce Administrative Burdens in the Construction-Investment Process

Boyana Milcheva, head of the construction law practice group at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. and member of the management board of the Bulgarian Construction Law Society, was among the attendees of the round table on the Possibilities to Reduce Administrative Burdens in the Construction-Investment Process, held on June 26, 2017 in Sofia.
The forum, organized by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber, the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria and the Chamber of Engineers in the Investment Design, was also attended by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Nikolay Nankov, the Chief Architect of Sofia Municipality Arch. Zdravko Zdravkov and the head of the National Construction Control Directorate Milka Gecheva, who together with the representatives of the three branch organizations and guests from the Republic of Macedonia sought possible solutions of the major problems faced by investors and constructors.
Reports on the administrative burdens in our country and in Europe were presented at the forum and the chairman of the Chamber of Certified Architects and Certified Engineers of the Republic of Macedonia Prof. Eng. Mile Dimitrovski and Macedonian experts shared their country’s experience in reducing bureaucracy after the introduction of electronic procedures.
