Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. (DPC) advised the entry of the Swedish software company Beetroot in the Bulgarian market through the acquisition of the business of the Bulgarian tech company South Gate Tech.

Our advice to the client included structuring of the deal aiming to transfer South Gate Tech’s main assets to the newly incorporated Beetroot Bulgaria. Assistance was provided with regard to the transfer of seller’s employees to the new legal entity, preparation of employment and management agreements and introducing of a bonus scheme.
