Work highlights:
  • Full legal assistance to VM Petroleum in the development of a gas stations chain including on the acquisition and rental of several land properties, subsequent construction and commissioning of more than 20 gas stations in different parts of the country
  • Legal support on the structuring of the Bulgarian chain of the European retailer Pepco: preparation of the onboarding HR package, due diligence of the selected premises for the shops, negotiations with lessors, drafting and negotiating lease contracts.
  • Assisting Italian technology company in protection of its IP rights for biodegradable organic products (including trademarks and copyright) against unauthorized use and unfair practices of Bulgarian distributor
