Hristo Nihrizov, Attorney-at-Law and Partner at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. Law Firm, gave an interview with Radio Plovdiv, which discussed the readiness of the Bulgarian business for the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation. Тhe bill on the amendment and supplement to the Personal Data Protection Act, which is to be adopted in the coming months, was also discussed, as well as the ambiguity surrounding the procedure for imposing sanctions for violation of the rules of the Regulation and the act in force prior to the entry into force of the amendments.
