Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. (DPC) advised the entry of the Swedish software company Beetroot in the Bulgarian market through the acquisition of the business of the Bulgarian tech company South Gate Tech.

At the end of 2021, the European Commission presented an initiative to fight the misuse of shell entities for improper tax purposes.
