Alexander Georgiev

Legal Assistant

Highly receptive and extremely knowledgeable for his age, Alexander is one of the young hopes of DPC team following boldly in the steps of our dispute resolution leaders.

Alexander’s main focus is on dispute resolution, but he is also interested in constitutional law and election process, administrative process and administrative criminal law. He joined DPC early in his studies and had become a valued member of the team well before graduating from Sofia University.

Alexander was part of the team representing a group of Bulgarian and foreign electricity operators in challenging an administrative act of the Minister of Energy which imposed a temporary ban on the export of electricity.
