Nikoleta practices mainly in the areas of real estate and construction, corporate and commercial law. She has been a key member of the DPC team providing end-to-end legal services to investors and developers with regard to various projects along the Bulgarian sea coast.

Nikoleta is also experienced in all kinds of corporate changes, including establishing companies by in-kind contributions. She advised Epo Aheloy’s capital increase through an in-kind contribution consisting of receivables under loan agreements and tripartite agreements.
