She has significant expertise and regularly advises clients on consumer protection matters, pharma regulations, and dispute resolution. Before joining the DPC team, she gained eight years of valuable law firm experience, including a two-year secondment as a legal counsel in the Bulgarian subsidiary of a global tobacco giant, adding some profound industry knowledge to her versatile set of assets.
Rositsa advises clients on establishing new businesses in Bulgaria and ensuring compliance with various regulatory regimes, including anti-money laundering (AML), foreign direct investment (FDI), and whistleblowing. She has actively contributed to the successful closing of a number of M&A transactions and has proven to be extremely efficient in all their stages – due diligence, negotiations, document drafting and closing.
