Radina joined DPC through our trainee selection program back in 2012 and has since gained remarkable experience in the areas of corporate and commercial, competition, banking and finance, employment and life sciences law. Her current legal practice is focused mainly on M&A, but she also advises actively on corporate, competition, and employment matters. Radina’s profound legal knowledge and excellent communication skills are highly appreciated by her clients operating in various industries, such as digital, fintech, consumer and retail, agriculture, real estate, transport, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, etc.

Radina is the leading lawyer in numerous domestic and cross-border transactions within DPC portfolio. Clients praise her for her exceptional business-oriented approach in M&A transactions and business structuring initiatives. As a result of her diverse practice and in-depth experience, Radina is actively assisting clients through all stages of M&A transactions, including negotiations, due diligence, SPA drafting and negotiating, closing and post-closing deliverables and business transitions. Radina’s interdisciplinary approach has proved profound for navigating her clients in sensitive matters such as minority shareholders’ rights, restructurings, liquidations, employees’ transfers, mass dismissals, stock option plans, senior management relations, etc.

Radina is also a regular point of contact for new businesses entering the Bulgarian market providing legal advice on possible company structures, incorporations, AML compliance matters, ESG, various employment issues related to new hires, reorganizations, disciplinary actions and dismissals. Radina’s practice in competition law matters is largely focused on merger control filings, but also includes regular advice on antitrust and protection against unfair competition practices.

Radina is an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) since 2018 where she has taken several officers positions: Local Representative for Bulgaria (2018-2019), National Representative for Bulgaria (2019-2022), the association’s Bar Relations Coordinator (2022-2024), and as of recently – the role of one of the Academic Coordinators for AIJA’s 63rd Annual Congress which will take place in Washington DC, USA, in 2025.
