Christian’s main interest lies in telecommunications and media law, IT, data protection, and banking & finance law. He is part of the DSA task force team within DPC.

His experience at the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) helped him gain some first-hand technology and data expertise, which has proven to be extremely useful in finding the balance between the legal and tech aspects of a case.

Christian has participated in numerous projects related to the market entry of international companies and the establishment of their business in Bulgaria. Recently he participated in the team that drafted a legal opinion on the constitutional case regarding the constitutionality of the retention of traffic data of people placed under quarantine, which was fully adopted by the Bulgarian Constitutional Court.

Christian is highly valued by the whole team for his professional commitment and friendly attitude.
