About your role
As an experienced Lawyer in our Corporate & Commercial Team, you will provide a very wide range of legal services to a diverse client base, ranging from young entrepreneurial businesses to substantial public and private corporations. The role will involve supporting the partners, working with other fee-earners, delegating work and supervising junior lawyers. To provide the best possible legal care for our clients and due to the dynamics of the business, our Corporate & Commercial Team is expected to maintain a cross-sectoral expertise in a broad range of other legal areas. We are often supporting our other teams on different projects. Therefore, your responsibilities will often require providing advice on employment law, IP and life sciences, real estate and tax matters, as well as on various industry-specific regulations. Clients you will advise come from a wide variety of industries – energy, pharma, IT, media, tourism, transport, manufacturing, banking, fintech, etc.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law
- Strong academic record
- Fluency in English
- At least 2 years of experience in the area of corporate and commercial law
- Any of the following would be considered advantages:
- ~~Fluency in other languages
- ~~More than 5 years of experience
- ~~Experience in an international law firm or in an in-house team of a large corporation
- ~~Experience in the areas of employment law, IP and life sciences, real estate and tax matters
