You will provide legal services to a diverse client base, from entrepreneurial businesses to major public and private corporations. A Distinctive Compensation Model
- In addition to a fixed salary, eligible lawyers receive monthly performance-based bonuses under a transparent model that is independent of subjective management discretion and the firm’s overall financial results.

- We offer fixed entry-level remuneration, supplemented by a comprehensive bonus model from Senior Associate level onwards.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
Required
- Master’s degree in Law and qualification to practise law in Bulgaria.
- More than four years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong academic record.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A broad business-law mindset, intellectual curiosity and the ability to work confidently across different legal areas and industries.
- Excellent legal analysis, drafting and communication skills, together with sound professional judgement.
- A strong sense of ownership, integrity, discipline and commitment to high-quality client service.
- Openness to AI, technology and new ways of working, combined with the judgement to use them responsibly.
Considered an Advantage
- Experience in intellectual property and/or life sciences.
- Experience in competition law.
